EUROPEAN INTERPROFESSIONAL PRACTICE & EDUCATION NETWORK

Our mission

Our aim is to stimulate and share effective interprofessional training in European higher education, and to improve collaborative practice in health and social care in Europe, in order to help optimize the quality of care and the quality of life of patients/clients. As a network we want to influence educational and health care policy in the EU and its member states. As one of our key actions we have developed a framework of key competences for interprofessional collaboration. We produce tools and publications that underpin interprofessional practice and education. We organize biennial conferences, seminars and expert meetings, and we support collaborative projects of members.

The EIPEN 2025 Conference will be organised from 3 to 5 September 2025 in Hasselt (Belgium), called "the city of taste". Mark the date in your calendar. Preregistrations at very advantageous rates will be available for members in December. You can still consult the program of the previous conference in the Events section.
